All Balloons are inflated, if you wish them flat, refund 2000 for each letter
On Changing temperature or after carry by motorbike or cold AC room sometimes they deflated a little. Inflate it again with straw.
Do not inflate too much, on out door area foil balloon will expend it self from the heat.
